My guess is the PS4 Sedna hasn't had an invasion yet. Only Corpus maps will spawn Oxium Ospreys, so you'll just need to look for those. Defense, Survival, or Mobile Defense should be the best even on PS4. Pre 12 Kappa was under corpus control.Because Warframe is a grindy marathon, not a sprint.
